This CityVille Cheat will help you get tons of Mystery Gifts that contains random items.

To use this Cheat you need:

Secondary Facebook Account or Friends thats is willing to help you click all Help Out Request

Login to your Main Facebook Account
Go back to this page then click this Mystery Gift Icon as many as you want:
You should now have a lot of tabs open. Let the page loads completly on all open tabs
On each tabs Select your Secondary account or your friends that is willing to help you.
On each tabs click Send Help Request button
This time on each tabs click the Send button. Close the window when the game loads on each tab
Login to your Secondary Facebook Account Play CityVille you'll see all the request you made Click on each request ONE at a time. If you sent it to your friends tell them to click all your request.
Now, all the items will be sent to you or your main account. Enjoy the Game!
